Rafael Beaumont is a nationally certified legal professional with over twenty years of legal experience. His areas of expertise are litigation, corporate and real estate law; he also has ample practical knowledge in the areas of immigration and criminal law. Additionally, Rafael is a licensed real estate broker and instructor.
Mr. Beaumont has a BA in political science and criminal justice from Long Island University, as well as a graduate certificate in conflict management from Montclair State University.
Born in the Dominican Republic, Rafael is fluent in Spanish and English. Rafael has worked with hundreds of Arenson Dittmar & Karban’s Spanish-speaking clients in wage and hour and hostile work environment cases.
